iglookids International Joint venture support includes:-
A comprehensive orientation program will be held for training the Joint venture and their key personnel. The training program aims at helping the Joint venture understand the Pre School business and transferring the knowledge ware gathered by the principle.
Curriculum Training will be imparted to teachers on an ongoing basis along with specially developed training modules. Similarly effective counseling for counselors and business heads will be conducted periodically.
Joint venture will be provided with ambience guidelines which in turn will help the JV school to construct the Iglookids International as per the standardized design template and the standard operating procedures manual for conducting Pre-School activities.
Iglookids International will provide the required equipment as per the model suggested for the Pre School. (Cost of which is to be borne by the Joint venture center).
For world class presentability, Iglookids International will provide the iglookids proprietary ambience material/ manual along with audio/ visual communication material as specified
The standard curriculum and assessment patterns will be provided in the printed/ digital formats
The benefits of ongoing research and development will be transferred to the Joint venture to keep abreast of the curriculum development
Iglookids International will provide requisite marketing support to propagate the
various programs at Iglookids through regional/national platforms. Sales &
Marketing tools (brochures, leaflets, posters, audio visual aids) as and when
developed will be shared as per defined policies
