IglooKids International Preschool (“IglooKids”, “we”, “us”) operates https://iglookids.in. We provide preschool education services and franchise opportunities in India, in partnership with EduNordic Finland. Our head office is at Raj Park Phase 3, A21, Pune 411033, Maharashtra, India.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus a limited amount gathered automatically when you use the site.

• Enquiry details you submit through our forms: your name, phone number, city, email address (optional) and any message you write.
• Technical data: your IP address, which we use only to prevent spam and abuse of our enquiry forms.
• Usage data: pages viewed and how you reached the site, collected through Google Analytics as described in section 5.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry about preschool admissions or a franchise opportunity.
• Contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your request.
• Improve our website, content and services.
• Maintain the security and integrity of our forms.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. As we also operate in Finland, we aim to meet the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

Our site uses Google Analytics (property G-YXD9CH7HWQ) to understand how visitors use our pages. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as your approximate location, device type, browser and the pages you visit. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Doing so will not stop you from using the site.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the website and respond to enquiries, for example our hosting and analytics providers. These providers may only use your data to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of IglooKids, our users or others.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain our records of franchise and admission enquiries. When your information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

You have the right to:

• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website is intended for parents, guardians and adults enquiring about admissions or a franchise. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any information about a child is provided by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when we publish the updated policy on this page, with a new “last updated” date shown at the top.
